Join us for a hands-on, heart-filled guided tour of Kenzell Farm — located just outside Oberon and adjacent to Jenolan Caves, on the western edge of the Blue Mountains. Our tours are perfect for families, couples, school groups, and curious travellers of all ages.

🚶‍♀️ What to Expect

Our 1 hour guided tour invites you behind the scenes of a working farm. You’ll:

  • Meet and feed our friendly animals — including alpacas, llamas, goats, camels, donkeys, sheep, chickens, deer, and more

  • Cuddle baby animals (depending on the season)

  • Learn fun farm facts and hear real stories about rural life

  • Explore different areas of the farm, from paddocks and pastures to veggie gardens and animal yards

  • Snap plenty of photos along the way — there's no shortage of cuteness or country charm

This is not a petting zoo — it’s a real, working farm, and your visit supports our animals and our community-focused programs.

🌿 Terrain & Accessibility

The tour takes place outdoors and includes walking on natural terrain: grassy paddocks, gravel tracks, and some uneven surfaces. Most areas are pram- and wheelchair-friendly with care, but we recommend contacting us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs so we can tailor the experience.

🌦️ Weather & What to Bring

Kenzell Farm sits at over 1,300m above sea level — so be prepared for cooler temps, changing conditions, and seasonal surprises (including the odd snowfall in winter!).
Please dress appropriately for the weather and farm setting:

  • Closed-toe shoes or boots (essential!)

  • Hat, sunscreen, and water in warmer months

  • Warm layers and waterproof gear in cooler months

  • Camera or phone for photos

We run tours in most weather conditions — rain or shine — unless safety is affected. If the weather is severe, we’ll contact you to reschedule or offer a refund.

🔁 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here’s how our policy works:

  • No refunds for cancellations or no-shows however we can provide a credit to be used within 12 months of original tour date.

  • If we need to cancel due to extreme weather or unforeseen farm issues, we’ll offer a full refund or reschedule

Kenzell Farm is located 20 minutes from Oberon, near Jenolan Caves — a scenic drive through rolling farmland and high-country forest. You'll receive directions and parking info after booking.
