What is included in the Homestead stay?
Guests enjoy exclusive use of a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, a wood fireplace, lounge areas, and expansive garden views.

How many people can stay?
The homestead can accommodate up to 13 guests, with flexible room options for families or groups.

Are meals included?
A complimentary continental breakfast is included. Guests are also welcome to self-cater in the homestead kitchen or use the BBQ.

Is the homestead suitable for families?
Yes — with multiple bedrooms, shared spaces, and farm activities right outside, it’s perfect for families and groups.

Can we access the farm animals during our stay?
Yes, homestead guests are welcome to join farm tours or explore General Admission areas.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, but we encourage guests to unplug and enjoy the peace of the Blue Mountains’ edge.

What activities are nearby?
We’re only 5km from Jenolan Caves and close to Kanangra Walls, Mayfield Garden, and Oberon township.

Do you host events at the homestead?
Yes, the homestead is ideal for family reunions, special celebrations, and small group retreats. Contact us to discuss options.

Is there a Fire Pit?
Yes! Kenzell Farm features a family-friendly fire pit—perfect for warming up after a day of animal encounters and winter fun in Oberon, NSW. We supply firewood, so all you need to bring is your marshmallows and a sense of adventure. It’s a guest favourite for starry nights in the Central Tablelands.

How far are you from Sydney?
We are 3 hours from the central Sydney.

Will we get wet and muddy?
Nope! You don’t have to. But… if your kids go outside (and we think they should), there’s a good chance they’ll find mud, water, and very compelling reasons to sit in it

Do we need to bring food?
We provide continental breakfast for homestead guests, the rest is up to you. There are pubs and clubs in Oberon. You’re also very welcome to visit the cafés and bakeries in town—The Milbrey is our fave!

Are you pet friendly?
Yes we welcome your furry friends. You will need to bring your pets food and bedding. Dogs need to on lead when outside the house.

Can we feed the animals?
Guests may feed animals the food supplied through the fences.
